Description

Despite our best efforts, the traditional, didactic approach to learning sometimes just is not enough to help those we serve achieve their desired financial outcomes.  Participants in this virtual session will first explore the Six Sources of Influence Model to reveal why there are other forces that “get in the way” of turning learning into behavior and results.  Then, session participants will turn their attention to The Learner Engagement Model to examine a framework for designing and facilitating more immersive, interactive learning in live, virtual and distance environments.  Participants will also gain applicable tools to enhance their facilitation skills, elevating their skills to the level of a “leader of learning,” so their financial literacy efforts yield more meaningful, sustainable outcomes!
